Making a purchase is simple.
We accept credit and debit card payments through PayPal : It's fast, free and secure.

Refund / Exchange 

If the item you have requested is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative item or a refund. If you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund, or return the item to us within 7 days and we will send your alternative choice or make a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Postage

Postage and packing is free for orders within the UK. For overseas orders please contact info@hager-vor.co.uk for details of shipping costs. We will despatch your order as soon as possible, which usually takes 5 working days, but please allow up to 28 days.

Hager-Vor do not share our customer's information with any third parties.
